Are you an apprenticeship trained CNC Machinist with experience of working on a Doosan XL400 machine and able to programme using Fanuc Controls. Are you looking to join a successful specialist engineering company in Bury, renowned throughout the world for engineering excellence for quality and precision products?

Due increase workload they are looking to recruit an apprenticeship trained CNC Machinist able to set and operate a Doosan to work.

The job

• Capable of reading and understanding drawings
• Writing programmes using Fanuc Controls
• Operating a Doosan XL400 Turning Centre
• Sometimes working from sample components
• Able to Set and operate.
• Setting and operating experience essential
• Working to close tolerances and Screw Cutting

About you

• Are you an apprenticeship trained CNC Machinist
• Able to operate a Doosan Turning Centre with Fanuc Controls
• Milling, Drilling and Grinding experience would be advantageous
• An excellent timekeeper
• A can-do attitude with a motivated pro-active approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment

• Offering a competitive hourly rate between £20.00 - £22.50ph DOE
• Hours of work Monday – Friday – 4.5 days per week
