The Job
- Join as a sales administration assistant
- Must be used to regular contact via the telephone and email
- Deal with existing clients and build relationships and increase sales.
- Have experience working with purchase orders and goods in notes etc
- Required to keep customers advised of new, out of stock and alternative products
- Daily order processing, answering incoming calls and responding to queries
- The ability to work in a small team and be a team player
- NO COLD CALLING
About You
- Do you have experience working within a distribution industry?
- Have excellent telephone and communication skills?
- Must have a good standard of english and maths
- Must have excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be IT literate and have good knowledge of email, word and excel
