Do you have experience as an HR Assistant? Can you commit to a minimum of 12 months? If so then read on. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time HR Assistant to join a fast-growing manufacturing company near Oldham.
The Job role;
• Holiday, Sickness and Absence Management analysis, reporting and recording using a new HR system
• Ensure relevant employee data base is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Record staff training records on HR system
• Assist HR Manager with all recruitment by liaising with agencies and using the Recruitment module
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence in outlook
• Assist with onboarding documentation
• Ensure new employee documentation is returned within a timely matter and followed up with references where appropriate
• Liaise with line Managers/H&S Officer regarding new starter information and inductions
• Minute taking for investigations, disciplinaries and Grievances
• Deal with external training providers
• General administration for the Human Resource Department including introducing new schemes
• Assist HR Manager with weekly and monthly Management reports
• Keep database on company PPE requirements and sign off sheets
• Complete timesheets for temporary Production staff
About You;
• Have you Good knowledge in HR processes and concept?
• You will need experience with HR systems
• CIPD qualified or working towards level 3
• Ideally worked within a Manufacturing company
• Well organized
