The Job

• Join as Head of Product Support
• Join an established in-house team
• Lead the company’s technical support policies, activities and training
• Lead the RMA policies and building feedback between technical support and the service centre team
• Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Salary dependant on experience
• Based from a modern site in Rochdale

About You

• Previous experience in Product Support
• Must be analytically minded
• Leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cost of quality concepts
• The ability to think quickly, liaise professionally to identify solutions and corrective actions
• Have a good understanding of networking, routing and internet protocols
• Mobile networking (GSM, GPRS 2G/3G)
• Systems administration
• Commutable to Rochdale
