Customer Service Co-ordinator
Are you ambitious, hardworking, and looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a very successful and dynamic Design and Project Management company?
You will be responsible for the progression of order from receipt into business to completion with the customer.
The Job.
- Ensuring all administration duties are completed in line with company policy to ensure compliance.
- Working with and supporting all relevant employees in the fulfilment of our aims and business goals.
- Processing a high volume of customer portal orders and requests submitted by telephone or email.
- Working with procurement to check product availability.
- Review and check prices are updated
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Alerting the sales teams to further opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer service records
About you
- Competent and experienced in customer service and sales administration
- Degree qualified (preferred not essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel is essential
- Ambitious and hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good timekeeping and attendance
