Customer Service Co-ordinator

Are you ambitious, hardworking, and looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a very successful and dynamic Design and Project Management company?

You will be responsible for the progression of order from receipt into business to completion with the customer.

The Job.

  • Ensuring all administration duties are completed in line with company policy to ensure compliance.
  • Working with and supporting all relevant employees in the fulfilment of our aims and business goals.
  • Processing a high volume of customer portal orders and requests submitted by telephone or email.
  • Working with procurement to check product availability.
  • Review and check prices are updated
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Alerting the sales teams to further opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer service records

About you

  • Competent and experienced in customer service and sales administration
  • Degree qualified (preferred not essential)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel is essential
  • Ambitious and hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good timekeeping and attendance
