Contract Manager.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget to the client’s satisfaction
- Ensure all work has a method statement and been risk assessed
- Take full ownership of project budgets and repot financial performance to the board
- Always ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and safe practice
- Produce, negotiate, and agree all valuations and variations
- Produce onsite written instructions
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records are kept of all projects works snags damage etc
About you
- Will have advanced communication skills
- Natural leadership abilities able to work calmly and collectively in stressful situations
- Ability to influence people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word, and outlook
- An excellent team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- An advanced communicator displaying confident and credible written and verbal ability
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a technical subject (essential)
- IOSH (desirable)
- NVQ Level 6or 7 (not essential)
- Full driving licence (essential)
