An exciting position has become available at the Bradford site for an experienced Administrator.

 

You will join a fantastic team and support with the administration tasks necessary for the company.

 

The job:

 

  • Deal with all parts (and warranty) enquiries including phone calls and emails.
  • Liaise with end users to determine correct part requirements.
  • Generate quotations from Sage Line 50 software – soon to be moving over to Navision.
  • Generate sales orders from SAGE once the customer has accepted the quotation and give a PO number.
  • Order parts required using SAGE PO system.
  • Liaise with customers over order updates.
  • Manage the parts stock in the mini stores system and replenish as required.
  • Create and manage sales part numbers and pricing on SAGE.

 

About you:

  • Desire to meet customers demand and expectations.
  • Experience in aftersales preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel & Outlook.
  • Preferable experience of MRP systems e.g. Sage, Navision or Syspro.
