Do you have previous accounts experience along with excellent administration skills? We’re seeking an experienced person to join a busy team in Rochdale.

Key duties include day to day, weekly and monthly duties including;

  • Works order processing
  • Cash posting
  • Purchase invoices – order related match in Sage
  • Maintain accounts mailbox. Print invoices & update payment
  • Ongoing reconciling/filing supplier statements
  • Open and distribute company post
  • Debtors report
  • Chase outstanding payments
  • Supplier and customer queries
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Monthly expenses
  • Update fixed asset register and run depreciation report (all Sage)
  • Fixed costs spreadsheet
  • Covering company payroll when needed

About you

  • Previous experience with Sage Accounting software
  • Attention to detail
  • Good I T skills – Word & Excel
  • Proactive and tenacious approach
